 Hello James Thompson here. And first I’d like to thank you for coming over to my website and sharing a few minutes of your day with me. Regardless of where you are right now we can help!! You see, not too long ago I was in the same situation…I was looking for the right answer to give me time and financial freedom. I was in corporate America enjoying life as a Quality Assurance Manager for a large manufacturing company. Things were going really well and I was enjoying life but then something happened! God blessed my family with three wonderful children – Lauren, Jenna, and Justin. (I already had two fantastic sons Jason and Jeremy but I guess I was at a point in life where I needed a change…a big change.) Now as the kids grew they grew into “activities”. Lauren is a competitive softball player for a great team here in Trinity, Jenna is a competitive dancer for one of the leading dance studios in the state and Justin is an up and coming baseball player!! So it didn’t take long for me to figure out that these things take a lot of time – both theirs and mine. And as a tremendously proud father I made a promise to the kids and to myself that I wouldn’t miss a softball tournament, I wouldn’t miss a dance competition and I wouldn’t miss a baseball game! So I had to find a way to make that happen. And lucky for me I did! I found a way to get out of the corporate mad house and stay home with the kids, and to be with them at their events. And now I’m going to share that winning recipe with you!! By building successful teams in the home based business arena my teams have learned that we all have the same questions regarding a home based business when those get answered we’ve found a new home where we can have fun, develop friends, obtain time freedom and maybe most of all obtain that ever elusive financial freedom. So the questions we all have are: Am I choosing the right business? There are thousands of businesses out there so how do we chose the right one? First, let me say something that is going to sound extremely strange to you…the product doesn’t matter as much as the company itself!! I mean there are hundreds of weight loss products, hundreds of magic drinks, hundreds of travel agencies and hundreds of just about anything you can think of. So we need to focus on the folks who are running the company, as they are the ones that are going to make the company a success or failure. I’ve done that homework and I’ll be showing you how to do the same research to make sure you’re going down the right path and choosing the right company. How much money should I spend to on a home based business? That’s a tough one all right. There are startup costs that range all over the board from just a little to a whole lot. But let me ask you a quick question; Does it matter how much it costs as long as you make your initial investment back quickly and start making a positive cash flow right away? How would you feel if we showed you how to calculate that ROI (Return on Investment) so you feel comfortable with the “costs” of starting your business? Well we’re going to do that!! What do I do, from day one to ensure my business is successful? This is where the industry as a whole falls short. There are all kinds of product training. There’s training on how to use the weight loss product, training on how to book travel, and training on that latest and greatest thing. But there’s no training on how to do the everyday things, starting on day one to get you up and running. How would you feel if you were provided with a blueprint to get you business up and running from day one? How would you feel if that blueprint is modeled after and used by the big money earners? Well that’s what we’re going to give you. How do I build and market my business? This is the most important question you need to ask and answer before you start your business. It’s not just enough to start a home based business but you need to grow your business as that’s how you make money!! Very, very, very important…your marketing system has to match your personality. If it does not you will not stick with it and you will not be successful. There is no “one size fits all” with your home based business. How would you feel if we sat down with you and developed a marketing plan that meets your personality and needs? Well, that’s what our team is going to do. What type of training do I need to get? Now we’re not talking about the “lose 10 pounds in 10 days” trainings but rather the training you need to make your business a success. So again, how would you feel if we developed a training program for you and got you started on that training right out of the gate? Again, very important that the training meets your marketing plan and your personality. If it doesn’t match your personality and business model then we’ve missed the mark and you will not stick with it. What type of upline support will I get? Again, one of those very important questions that you have to ask. And again, everyone you talk with will tell you they have the best upline support of any company. Now, here I’m going to say the same thing as they do…we have great upline support but I’m going to say something else here…because we’ve set up everything right in the beginning you don’t need all that upline support. That’s right you don’t need it!!! Well that’s what we’re going to do, we’re going to set everything up right in the first place. So there you have it!! The answers to our most asked questions. I am extremely married to a lovely woman, Dana. I have 5 children – Jason, Jeremy, Lauren, Jenna and Justin. While I stay home and work from my office here in Trinity Florida, Dana travels all over the place as she’s a flight attendant for USAirways. We love spending our time with the kids, attending all their sporting events, going to church and traveling. I have a degree in Business Administration. My other educational certifications are: • Certified Quality Assurance Manager • Certified Auditor • Certified Trainer I spent 7 years in the United States Navy serving and defending the greatest country in the world. I loved the Navy experience and wanted to make it a career but kept getting orders to large Navy ships called aircraft carriers and they’re just too big for me so I decided to leave the Navy. I then went into corporate America and joined the Quality Assurance arena where I advanced to the level of Quality Assurance Manager. Quality Assurance is a fantastic and tremendously important function within the manufacturing area and one I truly loved. But as my life and family grew I had to develop a way to leave corporate America so I could spend more time on the home front. That is why I jumped into the home based business world. Today, I’m working successfully out my office here in Trinity, Florida. My business gives me the time and financial freedom I have to have so that I can be here for my wife and family. And as you’ve heard me say before…I have not misses a softball tournament, not missed a dance competition and I haven’t missed a baseball game.
